(hereinafter referred to as SOLVERDE S.A.), which operates the website www.gruposolverde.pt (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), uses and protects the information that is provided by the user as well as the information that is collected by us when you are browsing the Site. By using the site, the client (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) declares to have read, understood and accepted to be subject to the conditions of the present Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and the General Terms and Conditions of the site.

SOLVERDE S.A. undertakes to respect the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of 27 April 2016, as well as the legal and deontological principles in force in national, European and international legislation on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data concerning the information or the personal data that may be intentionally communicated, whether in the context of browsing the Site or in the context of the relationship with SOLVERDE S.A. and its Subcontractors.

On the SOLVERDE S.A. website, the following information is collected:

  • all personal information that the user enters and submits, such as name, date of birth, email address, telephone contact and payment details. SOLVERDE S.A. only collects information necessary for creating Privilege Club loyalty forms as well as for hotel and event reservations;
  • data allowing us to recognise you and your preferences as well as the way you use our website. This treatment avoids having to re-enter information every time you visit and access the site.
