SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROCEDURES
The protocols prepared by Solverde were made in collaboration with certified entities and strictly complying with the HACCP and OSH plans, guaranteeing the maximum levels of safety, comfort and well-being of all our Guests and Employees.
For your safety, our Employees are duly equipped with individual protection and have been subject to a Training Plan, being able to proceed in all situations in case of Covid’s suspicion, implementing the contingency protocol.
Common areas are duly identified with the appropriate signs of the procedures to be adopted.
All Employees and Guests must wear a mask while indoors.
A disinfectant solution is available in different areas of the hotel, which each person must use frequently to ensure good hand hygiene.
All our units are certified by the Portuguese National Tourism Institute with the Clean & Safe seal.
Some Front Office procedures were changed.
The check-out time is anticipated to 11 am, while the check-in time is postponed to 4 pm, in order to respect the new room cleaning measures.
All materials and pens to sign the registration, room keys and luggage carts, as well as keyboards and telephones, will be subject to frequent cleaning.
Temperature control will be carried out for all guests, without registration.
Rooms and Cleanliness
Upon arrival, Guests will be informed of all procedures implemented, as far as cleaning the rooms is concerned.
Rooms will only be cleaned without the presence of our Guests, and with daily disinfection of all handheld objects, such as the television remote control, telephone, handles, doors or curtains.
All our employees wear masks and gloves.
We have reduced all materials available in the room to a minimum.
The same room will not be assigned to another guest on the same day.
You will now have information via QR Code that you can access using your mobile phone. The minibar service will be made on request and without any room service fee.
Restaurants | Bars (when applicable)
Breakfast and buffets services are now assisted by our employees. Table reservation for lunch and dinner is now mandatory.
Restaurant and bars menus are available through a QR Code. If a physical menu is needed, it will be disposable.
Pools | Gym | Leisure | SPA (when applicable)
Outdoor and indoor pools, as well as gyms, spa and health club, will be in operation according to the maximum available capacity, following the guidelines of the Portuguese General-Directorate of Health.
All materials used will be subject to disinfection after each use and there will be a daily cleaning reinforcement of all common areas.
Events & Meetings (when applicable)
All rooms and spaces dedicated to holding events and meetings, will also be subject to the hygiene and safety procedures described above, and always subject to a maximum limit on the number of people.
We privilege outdoor events and all materials used as chairs, tables, will be subject to disinfection after each use. Notebooks and pens will not be reused.
Some of the general measures that will be applied in all units and that must be respected by all:
– reinforcement throughout the hotel in the placement of alcohol gel / disinfectant lotion dispensers
– favour card payment
– temperature measurement of employees at the entrance
– respect for the safety distance by Guests and Employees
– use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among Employees
– the disinfection by the Employee of respective work post and work utensils after each day
– controlled access to changing rooms
– use of water sources removed from personnel areas; gymnasium; thermal zone
– limiting the number of people in the elevators
